A Taste of India in the Rockies

Saffron began in 2021 with a simple dream: to share the rich flavours, warm hospitality and timeless traditions of India in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Named after the world's most treasured spice, we build every dish around richness, authenticity and unforgettable flavour — from aromatic dum biryanis and street-style chaats to sizzling tandoori specialities and slow-simmered curries.

What started as a single restaurant has grown into a family of destinations across Banff, Canmore, Calgary and Lake Louise, in proud partnership with Peacock Indian Bar & Grill.
